Sedona Game Night

Sedona Game Night is a community game-night program hosted with Summit Life Church and Rock of Ages Church in Sedona, Arizona. These terms describe participation and our optional text-message program.
Join in kindly
Everyone in the community is welcome. No church affiliation or game experience is required. Treat other guests with kindness, include newcomers, and keep competition friendly. A responsible adult must remain with children and complete reservations on their behalf.
Reservations, seats, and waitlists
Your private RSVP page shows whether your group has a confirmed seat, is waiting, or has an offer to claim. A seat offer is not a confirmed reservation until you claim it before the stated deadline. Please cancel when plans change. Organizers may adjust capacity, dates, or event arrangements and will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes.
Your private RSVP link grants access to your reservation. Keep it private and save it so you can check your status or cancel even if a text message does not arrive.
Food and allergies
Food preferences help with planning but do not guarantee a particular food or an allergen-free option. Speak directly with an organizer about severe allergies or accommodation needs before attending.
Sedona Game Night text-message program
By actively opting into Sedona Game Night texts, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages at the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent using automated technology. The program is intended for adults using a number they own or are authorized to use.
What we send
- Reservation confirmations and cancellation updates.
- Waitlist updates, available-seat offers, and offer-expiration notices.
- Game-night reminders and requests to confirm attendance.
- Invitations and announcements about upcoming Sedona Game Night events.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies, typically around two to four messages per month. Reservation changes, waitlist offers, or other activity may result in additional updates. Sedona Game Night does not charge for the text-message program, but your wireless carrier’s message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier about your plan and charges.
How to opt in
To subscribe through the website, enter your mobile number, actively select the optional text-message consent checkbox, and submit the form. Complete any confirmation step requested by our messaging provider. The checkbox is not selected by default. If we offer another sign-up method, its consent disclosure will explain what action subscribes you.
Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase, making a reservation, or attending an event. Providing a phone number or email address alone does not give text-message consent. You can attend and manage a reservation through the website without subscribing.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any Sedona Game Night text to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out; no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again. Opting out of texts does not cancel your reservation. Use your private RSVP link to change or cancel attendance.
Unchecking the text-message option on an RSVP stops future messages generated by this website for that reservation. Use STOP to unsubscribe from the messaging program through the provider. For assistance, email daniel@sedonagamenight.com.

Your mobile number and message delivery
Please notify us if you change or give up the number you used to subscribe. If you get a new number, sign up using that number and give fresh consent.
Message delivery depends on your carrier and messaging services and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A text does not extend a seat-offer deadline or replace the status shown on your private reservation page.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information. Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in or consent information are not sold or shared with other organizations for their own marketing. Necessary information may be shared with providers that operate and deliver our messaging service.
Program changes
We may change or discontinue the messaging program and will update these terms when needed. We will provide notice or obtain fresh consent when required. We do not treat an update to these terms as permission to expand your consent to unrelated messages.
